Vicki Parrott is an experienced bankruptcy attorney and litigator. She also serves as a Chapter 7 Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Vicki has represented companies and individuals in workouts and Chapter 11 proceedings for more than twenty years. She also regularly represents companies, creditors, and other stakeholders in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings and litigation that arises out of these proceedings, including common avoidance actions and more complex contract and commercial litigation. Other areas of her litigation practice include the representation of clients in state court receiverships, business and corporate disputes, and divorce proceedings, with an emphasis on complex equitable distribution and family support cases.
