The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina has approved a $4.075 million settlement in favor of Sara Conti, the bankruptcy trustee of Clean Burn Fuels, LLC. The trustee was represented by John Northen, Vicki Parrott, and JP Cournoyer.
